And what is not to love??? You play small-sided, it is super fast, you have to work as a team, and there are a lot of goals scored! A player’s technical skills drastically improve due to having to move the ball under high pressure in a small space.

Because players get a ton of ball touches, it makes for a fun season. And some players even like indoor hockey better than outdoor!
